I'll explain my current business and ordering policies on this page.

Conditions

(1) Payment with Order. The price charged is for a SINGLE head and shoulders. Each extra subject on the sheet will cost extra but with a discount unless already discounted as a Special Offer.

(2) Drawing the complete body costs extra .

(3) All photographs sent must be of good quality. Emails in jpg format must show sufficient detail when enlarged.

(4) Payment to be by cheque in UK pounds sterling and payable to "Philip Mallard". Overseas P & P will be advised on completion.

(5) I retain copyright on all original work I do which may be used to promote my business. However, portraits of a private nature will not be displayed in any way, shape or form.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND SMALL BLURRY PHOTOGRAPHS

Only Send Large, Sharp Photographs With Plenty Of Detail

P+P Extra for outside the mainland Britain Isles.

Once payment has cleared, your sketch will be sent to you.

Customers may ask what my returns policy is.

You pay in advance for me to do a Pencil Portrait based on your photograph.

I can email a scan of the finished work if requested.
